Virtual Assistant Hub Quickstart Guide

This is your Quickstart Guide for getting the most out of the Virtual Assistant Hub. Give us five minutes and you will be on your way! OK, here we go...

Step 1Register/Login

The first step is to login. If you have not registered yet, please do so. Please be sure to select your user group when you register. This will ensure you receive information that is most relevant to you. If you are a virtual assistant interested in receiving RFPs submitted by clients, please be sure to check that box. Once you register, you should receive your user name and password via e-mail. If you have any problems registering or logging in, please e-mail support@virtualassistanthub.com.

Step 2Member Services

OK, you're registered! Once you are logged in, the Member Services menu will appear on the right side of the navigation bar. This section is your home base as a registered user. As a member you can do cool stuff like submit articles, leave comments on other articles, and download free resources. And you can earn points for doing all this stuff, too. Check out the Rewards Points page for more info.

If you are a client, be sure to note the new menu item -- RFP Submission -- that appears under Clients when you are logged in. This is where you can submit a request for proposals to find a virtual assistant.

If you'd like to change your password or update any of your other profile information, you can do that through the Member Services menu as well.

Step 3

Search the Site

Once logged in, you can search the entire site, including the Member's Area for information. Just enter in your keywords and click the magnifying glass or press enter/return.

Step 4

Logout

On the very top right of the page, you will see a Login/Logout link that reflects your current state. This is a useful way to check if you are logged in while on any page of the site. You can logout through that Logout link or you can select the Logout link that appears on the bottom of the Member Services menu.

And there you have it. We hope this walkthrough helps you get started! Enjoy the Virtual Assistant Hub!
