If you're a new visitor, spend a couple minutes reading our Quickstart Guide. It's a very short introduction to the site that is usually a great starting point.
Q: I registered, but have not received my password. What should I do?
A: If you registered and you have not received your password, please check your spam folder. You'll also want to be sure you whitelist all @virtualassistanthub.com e-mail addresses in your e-mail settings. If you cannot locate your registration e-mail, please e-mail support@virtualassistanthub.com and we will manually send you your password.
Q: I'm logged in, but I can't access the articles.
A: If you registered and keep getting prompted to login when you try to access the articles, logout completely (use the Logout link under the yellow member services menu) and log back in.
Q: I ordered a downloadable book, but never got the link. Where is it?
A: When you place an order, the download links are provided on your receipt page. See below for a screenshot with the download link in the red rectangle. You will also receive an e-mail with your order information and a download link.

Q: I submitted an article, but I don't see it posted. How do I know if it went through?
A: All articles are reviewed prior to publishing. You can expect to see your article on the site or hear from us directly within two business days.
